1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Docssquirrel, a service provided by Docssquirrel.com ("we", "us", "our"), based in Nigeria, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Docssquirrel is an AI-powered documentation agent. We currently provide four primary types of documentation generation:

• Technical Documentation: Deep API and function-level details.
• Auto Comment: Direct in-file source code commenting.
• Structural Overview: High-level architectural mapping.
• Onboarding: Step-by-step guides for new employees or project contributors.

3. AI Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the source code you provide to Docssquirrel. Subject to these terms, Docssquirrel hereby assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to the documentation generated by the service based on your input code.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Docssquirrel to generate documentation for malicious software, reverse engineer our underlying AI logic, or exceed the rate limits associated with your billing plan.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
